International shipping 

We offer shipping internationally for a flat rate of $25.00.

This is applied during the checkout process and delivery times vary depending on country.

CREDIT/RETURNS


Our intention at Align Apparel is to ensure our customers are 100% happy with their purchase. Whilst our garments are made using high quality fabric and textiles, keep in mind that these fabrics are often delicate and must be treated with care. If you are unsure on how to best care for your garment, please contact our Customer Service team at align@sophieroseholloway.com for help.


Unfortunately we DO NOT facilitate exchanges/refunds at this time.
We are however happy to offer a CREDIT NOTE subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must not be worn, damaged through wear and tear, contact with liquids, make up or rough surfaces.
  • All items must contain original tags.


How to process a credit:
Please email align@sophieroseholloway.com within 7 days of purchase to process your credit note. Explain reason for refund.

Once received, we will process your request.

Faulty Garments
Should you receive an item that is deemed faulty by us, we will:
Replace the item with the same item subject to availability or offer a refund if an exchange of the same item is not possible; and
cover the cost of return postage together with the cost of sending the replacement item.

Contact our Customer Service team by emailing align@sophieroseholloy.com to report a faulty item within 7 days of your order being sent. Please take photographs of the fault attach in your correspondence. In the event that the particular item has sold out and cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued on the original purchase price.
