With a remarkable technical background and versatile training, Sophie has established herself a polished performer and emerging choreographer. Her vibrant presence makes her one of the most influential and respected artists in the dance world.


For over a decade, Sophie has performed on prestigious stages worldwide. She spent eight years balancing her dance career between Sydney and New York City, performing with the world-famous Radio City Rockettes. Alongside her performance career, Sophie has dedicated herself to teaching, inspiring, and mentoring young dancers globally with her expertise and passion for the performing arts.


In 2023, Sophie expanded her impact on the dance community by creating the "Align by SH" training program. With education at the forefront, this elite program offers boutique and innovative training for pre-professional and professional dancers, allowing them to refine their skills and promote longevity in their careers. After two successful seasons so far, Sophie plans to continue this program in 2025.


Furthering her commitment to the dance industry, Sophie has most recently launched her own activewear line, "Align Apparel." Designed with a focus on precision, this collection emphasizes quality, style, and functionality. Align Apparel provides dancers with garments that support their movements while maintaining a polished and fashionable appearance.
